Camp Attawandaron

WASHROOMS

  Camp Attawandaron is proud to feature composting toilets. By using moisture, oxygen and heat, they create an ideal microbial environment to turn a toilet into a facility that operates much like the average backyard compost bin. There are six clean and roomy facilities, located at the back of the camp, in the tenting area.

  Another exciting element is our addition of a new washroom, located near the Ranger's cabin. This contemporary lavatory is wheelchair accessible with a large handicap shower. It also features two new showers with hot running water, and separate flush toilets. Camp Attawandaron rolls environmental consciousness and comfort all into one.

Burr Lodge Area Washroom

Just to the north of Burr Lodge there is an additional washroom. This washroom has two sides, each with a sink and a single toilet.
